GLISTENING PLEASURE

Okay so I've been meaning to post about this band- Natalie Portman's Shaved Head - for a while. A bff of mine randomly discovered them when she was galavanting in Lyon France this summer (lucky lady, I know). She listened to a track of theirs on her totally cool swedish friend's (Sigrid) ipod and from that point on, their album Glistening Pleasure, became the soundtrack to her time in French paradise.

In a nutshell, it's a super hipster teenager bundled up into an incredibly catchy band with hilarious, sexually charged lyrics- singing about all the important stuff in life like: slow motion tag teams, beard maintenance, sideways ponytails and "hitting the night like a SLAP IN THE FACE." These kids know how to party.

Anyway if you want fun dance music, I could not possibly offer a better suggestion. Definitely a crowd pleaser.

So, thank you Mackenzie.
